a stated vision. The mission of Grandy & Associates is to

Tom Grandy,
Founder and President
Tom Grandy is the founder and
president of Grandy & Associates. Tom is an
industrial engineer by training, has worked as the
general manager of a service company and was previously the
Director of Company Development for Dial One
franchise. Tom founded Grandy & Associates in 1987
to teach contractors how to run profitable
businesses.
Bill Kinnard,
VP of Northern Region
Bill joined Grandy &
Associates in 2005 and is currently the VP of the
Northern Region. Bill has 25 years in the trades industry with experience in HVAC Sales, Service
Management, Sales management and Customer Service.
Bill has worked with companies both large and small
and has a real passion for teaching contractors to
better understand their businesses and help their
employees become superior performers.
Linda Vickers,
Office Manager
Linda Vickers joined Grandy & Associates in 1995.
Linda manages the office and is the bright, cheery
voice you hear when you call Grandy & Associates. If
you need to register for a program, order a product
or check on the status of an invoice, Linda is the person to help you.
Donna Behl, Fulfillment Manager
Donna joined Grandy & Associates in 2005. Donna adds a special joy around the office as she prepares seminar materials, produces CD’s and maintenance agreements and performs multiple duties that make the office run smoothly for our customers.
