"Excellent, learned more than I ever thought I would. Tom taught in an easy to learn way. Made to feel that I can accomplish all these things with the software provided. I plan on coming back for a refresher in the near future." - Tony DePew, DePew Plbg, Htg. & Clg., Ligioner, IN

"The program lived up to my expectations implicitly. Feel all information is vital to future profitability of my company. Great job by Tom himself in presenting all information; an extremely likeable, pleasant, knowledgable & humorous man. Would recommend this course to any contract/competitor." Herbert Bell, Bell Plbg, Heating, Harwich Pt., MA

Attendees have run the range from one-man operations, those “thinking” about starting a company, to multi-million dollar companies. The vast majority of attendees are in one of the following situations:

1. Owner is making the transition from the field to running the business - It is time to learn the “business side” of the business.

2. Gross sales in the $1,000,000 range – Sales are up; profits are down! Seventy percent of contractors that hit $1,000,000 in gross sales for the first time, lose money! It is time to get a handle on what is going on.

3. Rapid Growth – Any period of rapid growth will put a real strain on cash flow. It is time to create month-by-month, department-by-department cash flow budgets to accurately project (and track) profitability and cash flow needs.

4. Departmentalizing Company - The company has several departments but all the money goes into one "pot." It is time to divide the company into departments to be sure one department is not subsidizing another.

5. Flat Rate Pricing – The company is giving serious consideration to switching to flat rate pricing in service. What rate do you need to use? How is the diagnostic fee handled? What problems will I have and what are the benefits? All this is covered in the boot camp.

The boot camp is of significant value to residential contractors, as well as large mechanical contractors, but sections of the program are slanted toward the residential side of the industry.
