The “Basic Business Boot Camp” involves three
days of intense business training for contractors that are serious
about profitable growth! Over the three days we will cover labor
pricing, cash flow, cash flow budgeting, collections, what to
track monthly and how to track it. You will also learn how to design,
price and market service agreements. And our tax tips
presentation will provide enough tax strategies to
cover the class tuition!
Each contractor will "model" their company (by department) on our
industry-recognized software program called “Labor Pricing for a
Profit with Cash Flow Projections.” The software will develop
profitable labor pricing, cash flow budgets and
residential/commercial service agreement pricing.
The boot camp
tuition includes over $1,000 worth of business-building tools
including the software program, three-days of training, a 450+ page
class manual with all of the presenter's slides and notes, 500 custom-designed and printed Service Agreement
brochures, 750 custom-designed and printed Customer Response
Cards, over $400 in audio CD's/tapes from our nationally-known
"Service Contractor's Business CD of the Month" program and
"Service Sense" program, a 100-page Company Policy
Manual on CD, a continental breakfast and lunch each day!
