When switching from time and material pricing
to flat rate pricing, it is a good idea to inform your current
customer base of the change. Grandy & Associates has developed a
very simple three-fold brochure detailing the benefits of flat
rate pricing to your customer.
As you begin the transition to flat rate pricing, it is
suggested you direct mail one of these brochures to your
customer base along with a letter informing them of your “new
system to better serve them.”
