Grandy &
Associates has developed nine, full-day seminar/workshops over
the past 17 years – specifically designed for the service and
trades industry. Each of the nine programs can also be presented
in a half day format and/or a 1-3 hour summary format for
convention settings.
In addition to the full-day programs, we have also developed
several additional presentations that have been specifically
developed for conference settings (1-3 hour sessions).

seminar/workshops lies in the workshop setting where contractors
bring information with them to use throughout the day. By the end
of each session the contractor hasn’t just heard a great
presentation, they have produced usable information (from their
own data) for immediate use in their company. A simple
step-by-step approach is used with plenty of one-on-one
assistance.
