The Company Overview is an effective way to help you get a clear understanding of what is happening on the business side of your company. The heart of the Company Overview consists of modeling your company on our Labor Pricing for a Profit software program. We will work with you to create a month-by-month, department-by-department financial model of your company.
Once your model is created, several things can happen:
| 1. | You will know what you have to charge per hour to cover costs, while generating the profits you desire. With the month-by-month cash flow budget in place, you will be able to track you progress against you projected plan. |
| 2. | We will begin going through the "What if" process of maximizing your profitability. We will change things and see the impact on your profitability, hourly rate and cash flow. For example, what would happen to your profitbility, cash flow and hourly rate if we added another service tech? Or changed an overhead cost? Or increased materials markup or the pricing on your Maintenance Agreements? Or all of the above?? |
