A question that always comes up is “How does the data get
collected and how much time is required to get the data into the
system?” Good question.
Data Collection
The data is collected from a simple daily time sheet each tech
fills out. The tech literally looks at his/her watch and then
records the time of day on the timesheet when they were dispatched,
the time have arrived, when they finished the diagnostic survey and completed the job.
The tech records these times as well as a couple of simple
codes indicating the type of work performed (which are also printed
on the timesheet).
Data Entry Time
Initially, it may take 2-3 minutes per day/per tech to enter the
timesheet into the ProfitMaxx software.
Once entered, the data, and all reporting including the Tech500
Bonus program, is immediately available for review. |
