Most companies have processes/systems in place for sales, service, pricing, training, month end reviews, etc.  However, few have a formal process in place for exit interviews.  This presentation will cover the basics of an effective exit interview PLUS and actual exit interview with an employee.  The information from the exit interview was eye-opening!
