Lesson 1 – Understanding Behavioral Communications

This self-paced online training lesson is the first of this series and will help you understand the different styles of communication. If you understand how your customers communicate, it will change the way you interact with them.  Lesson Duration: 45 minutes

Lesson 2 – Identifying Behavioral Communication Styles

Lesson 2 will help you to identify others communication style.  If you can identify and, then mirror that style, you will increase customer satisfaction and increase your company profits. Once you are familiar with recognizing and identifying the four styles, you will find yourself doing so without even realizing you are doing it.  Lesson Duration: 30 minutes
