Completion of this course will provide you with additional knowledge of model & serial number nomenclature, familiarization of the 06D, 06E and 06CC semi-hermetic compressors, breakdown of the lubrication system, capacity control systems/ how they work, gaskets, valve plates and much more!

Based upon the DISC Behavioral Model, we start you with the basics and then apply it to a variety of business settings that can help your sales people be more effective in selling, build up your team members morale and communication, and hire and promote the right people for the right job. Planning For Profit Workshop - Streaming Version

You will learn exactly what you have to charge per hour to cover costs, while generating the profits you want. The program will also create month-by-month, department-by-department cash flow budgets, set proper residential and commercial maintenance agreement pricing, and let you bid jobs for profit (based on your cost of doing business). Enrolling in the full course will be worth 16 hours NATE credit.

Service Managers’ University Series

Each lesson covers a different aspect that an effective Service Manager should be aware of. This course is made up of 7 total lessons that can be purchased individually or as a bundle.
