More people are coming into HVAC with no previous experience. This course is designed to complement a typical 8-week onboarding cycle and will help your new employees have better conversations with your team and your customers.

This is a virtual class presented On-Demand. Content can be viewed on a computer, phone, or tablet for easy access. With 14 total lessons, plan to have your employee watch a few each week. Set a time to meet with them to discuss how to apply what they have learned to the products you are selling. 2 quizzes are incorporated to solidify the knowledge and requires the employee to pass the course with a score of 80% or better. They will have 60 days to complete the course.
